Brentwood mediation 2nd meeting
I am beginning to notive a pattern that seems to occur when a second TLC meeting is held, the parties seem to get stuck. Following our first visit, the feedback I got was very positive, that the parties were beginning to open up and discuss some of the issues that had arisen to get them to their present position. However during our second visit, J was not in any mood to respond to anything.
An incident had occured during the week that had been an invasion of one of the party's privacy and it was demonstrated that it was not acceptable, however it was not demonstrated directly to the party who alledgedly did it. ( Lack of communication.) There was just an extremely bad atmosphere.
he parties had been asked to come up with some possible suggestions that might be a way to moving the situation forward. This they had done regarding finances, and space but as for the relationship issues, they had not been addressed.
The visit lasted just over 2 hours with little progrees being made at the end. It was decided to end the meeting to give some time for reflection and that I would call back early next week to see if another visist was required or if any moves had been made.
